Returns & Exchanges
- In the case of Return / Exchange, please follow the ‘Returns and Exchange’ procedure mentioned below. Ensure you intimate us by Call/WhatsApp on +91 9833779669 or email us at email@example.com about the same with a picture of the condition of the product.
- In Case of Return / Exchange, The product must be returned/shipped back to us within 7 days from the date it is delivered in its original condition along with the invoice, all labels, tags, stickers, authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, hangers, freebies, if any and other packaging intact, sold as a part of the product.
- As would be advised in our return authorization e-mail, please send us the items through a reputed, registered courier/airmail service only to avoid any transit-related issues.
- Any garment sought to be returned or exchanged, should be unworn or unwashed. Garments that are found to be worn or damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Products returned under this policy will be subject to quality testing/inspection.
- We will send you a confirmatory email upon receiving the product(s). Upon undertaking a quality test and inspecting the product, we will inform you about our decision with respect to acceptance or rejection of the product(s) within 3-4 working days of receiving the product.
- In the event that the product to be returned, satisfies the Store Return/Exchange Criteria, you will be entitled to a store credit within 3-4 days of us receiving the product. This store credit is valid up to 90 days from the date of issue.
- In the event the product is to be exchanged, someone from our support team will get in touch with you and address the query on a case to case basis.
- Inspect the product immediately after delivery and in case of defects/ issues please Call / WhatsApp us on +91 9833779669 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and arrange to courier the product back to us within 72 hours from the delivery.
- If the customer doesn’t Call / WhatsApp or e-mail us regarding the defects/issues within 72 hours of receiving delivery along with a picture of the condition of the product, we will consider the order in accordance with our standards and the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods accordingly.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this policy, AARA COUTURE reserves the right to reject any request for a return and/or exchange of any products without giving any reasons for the same. In such cases, the product(s) will be sent back to the customer at the original shipping address.
- Orders canceled within 24 hours from placing the order are eligible for a full refund. It may take 3-4 working days for the refund amount to get credited to the customer’s bank account. Orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a store credit valid up to 90 days for future purchase.
- Store credit shall not exceed the value of the product returned and/or exchanged but may be subject to deductions of any benefits for example any discounts availed, shipping or delivery charges waiver, etc. if any.
- Customized / Altered Garments cannot be returned/exchanged under any circumstances.
- Products purchased during Sale / from the Sale and Discounted section on our website are not eligible for returns/exchange.
- Shipping charges on the return/exchange of a product(s) are to be borne by the customer.
We accept returns within 7 days after you have received your product.
- For returning a product, please email us at email@example.com or call / WhatsApp us on +91 9833779669 mentioning the invoice details and a picture of the product with a detailed reason for Return/Exchange.
- Courier it to us through a reliable courier service within 7 days of receipt of delivery.
- Please do not forget to mark the packaging as “a gift for personal use only” and “not for sale”, in a declaration note, a draft of which shall be shared with you.
- Our Return team will get in touch with you to troubleshoot the problem to our best after a thorough quality check.
- In case of a return, store credit will reflect in your account in 3-4 working days after we have received the product. This store credit can be used for further purchases within 90 days. SORRY, NO CASH REFUNDS.

If you have received a gift from an AARA customer, and wish to return/exchange, you will have to initiate the return/exchange process through the AARA customer.
