Shipping within India

 

  1. We ship from our Dadar store in Mumbai, MH, India.
  2. Shipping Charges are free of cost all over India for the first time. Any order which is Shipped for the second time due to non-availability of customer or in case customer did not accept delivery will be charged and the same will be mentioned to the customer.
  3. Orders for garments that are ready in stock are shipped and delivered within 7 days to 10 days.
  4. Garments that require alterations as per body measurements provided, will require 4-6 working days more.
  5. Made to Order/Customized Orders may take between 30 days to 50 days for dispatch.
  6. Customers will receive a tracking number as well as a tracking link to check the shipped item.

 

International Shipping (Outside India)

 

  1. We ship from our Dadar store in Mumbai, MH, India.
  2. Shipping charges will be 15% of the total order value. It will be mentioned on the website prior to checkout.
  3. Orders for garments that are ready in stock are shipped within 15 days.
  4. Garments that require alterations as per body measurements provided, will require 4-6 working days more.
  5. Made to Order/Customized Orders may take between 30 days to 50 days for dispatch.
  6. Shipping charges do not include Local taxes, VAT/GST/Custom taxes/Import duties or clearance charges applicable in the country of the customer where the product is being delivered. It has to be borne and paid for by the customer.
  7. Customers will receive a tracking number as well as a tracking link to check the shipped item.

 

Shipping for Return/Exchange

 

In case there has been any kind of damage to the product or if it has been soiled, at the customer’s end, we will not be able to accept the return. However, if the garment is devoid of any damages, you can return the product and get store credit for it which is valid for 90 days. The product should be shipped back to us within 7 days from the delivery date.

Instructions For Shipping Back Products To Be Returned:

  1. As would be advised in our Return Authorization e-mail, please send the items to us preferably through a reputed, registered courier/airmail service only, to avoid any transit-related issues.
  2. Please try and ensure that you retain all the packaging material along with the product.
  3. Do not remove tags, stickers, etc. unless you are sure you want to keep the product. The presence of original tags is a must to process returns.
  4. Please do not forget to mark the packaging as “a gift for personal use only” and “not for sale”, in a declaration note, a draft of which shall be shared with you.
  5. As a policy, our team shall examine and inspect the product on return and do the needful.
  6. Our customer care team will propose remedial solutions to you on a case to case basis and help you out in the best way possible for us such as store credit or exchange, replacement or any other.

 

Other Shipping Policies:

  1. Please provide the complete address with the correct pin/zip code.
  2. Residential shipments to the USA & some other countries will be left at the door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the doorbell.
  3. Please make sure you have allowed adequate time before your actual dress-wearing date. We cannot be held responsible for the delivery time by the shipping company.
  4.  Once you get the tracking details of the shipping we request you to intimate us if the product doesn’t get delivered within 10-15 days of the dispatch and shows ‘delivered’ in shipping status. If there is no update as regards this, from your side, we will consider the order has been delivered.
  5. We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier company’s website details along with the expected date of delivery. You may also check the same under ‘track my order’  by logging in to the ‘my account’ dashboard on our site. Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
  6. Deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country. Please note that there is no shipment made from AARA COUTURE on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partners do not make any pick-ups on those days.
  7. If the courier company fails to deliver; you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. But AARA COUTURE will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at the customer’s address by a postal / courier agency.
  8. At times, due to situations beyond our control during shipment / in transit, delays may occur. Refund, Returns, Replacement & Exchange would not be entertained in case of such scenarios. However, benefits such as store credit would be provided on a case-to-case basis. These can be used for future shopping on the site within 90 days.
  9. If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is “unavailable due to limited availability of stock” or if there is an unusual delay in fulfilling an order at our end, we will notify you by Email/Call/WhatsApp. In some cases, we would offer to refund you for the unfulfilled part of the order in case of our inability to execute the order within a reasonable period of time.
  10. Our effort has always been to bring Indian fashion to every corner of the world. In rare cases, it may happen that due to reasons beyond our control, it may not be possible to deliver. We apologize in advance for any such shipping restrictions created or observed in the future.
