The account Dashboard contains your Contact Details, Shipping and Billing Addresses, Record of Your Order History and Order Tracking, Measurements, Shopping Bag, Wish List, etc. You can also edit details and change your password from here. It can be accessed from the top right side of the Website.
- How do I update my Account Information?
- Login from the ‘my account’ tab on the top right corner of the website.
- Edit details on the account dashboard to update information.
- I forgot my Password. How do I change it?
If you have forgotten your password, simply click on ‘Forgot password’ from your ‘My Account’ dashboard and you will be redirected to an email / O.T.P. where you can reset your password.
- How would I know about my Orders?
If you are a registered customer, Login from ‘My Account’ and the account dashboard will show your Order History as well as Tracking details if you have made a current purchase.
If you are not registered yet, the tracking details of your order will be sent to you by SMS once your order has been shipped.
- How does giving Measurements help?
Entering your measurements on the ‘my account’ dashboard helps you save the hassle of entering them while shopping anytime later too. It helps you select sizes according to different product types and also helps in customization / alterations.Do refer to the reference image given with the measurement chart to take precise measurements.
- How is a Billing Address different from a Shipping Address?
Billing address is the address which is on the e-bill of the customer who has made the purchase.Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.Both may be the same many times, but ensure especially the shipping address while check out.

- How do I place an Order?
The steps to place an order with AARA COUTURE are:
- Select the desirable item (as ready to ship or made to order)
- ‘Add’ the item to shopping bag
- Click ‘proceed’ to ‘checkout’ option
- Enter your billing details, directly to proceed with ‘order placement’
- Enter the shipping address
- Select a payment mode to proceed with the payment
- Click place order and complete the payment
- On successful order placement the order id will be generated and you will receive an order confirmation email.

- What size should I Order?
A standard size chart is available on each product page as per the Indian and International sizing chart. However, since the product is an Ethnic garment in nature, we wish to clarify that the size chart slightly varies from each product category and also according to the fabric, design, cut and style of the product. We would recommend you to go in for the ‘customize’ option in size chart and help us with your measurements for a comfortable customized fit.

- Do you Offer Customization/Alterations?
Yes, we do offer customization/alterations. To have a comfortable fit and look, we recommend you to order for a customized product. Refer to ‘customize’ option in the size chart.
After purchase, if you find that your garment still does not fit you right, please bring it to our notice on +91 9833779669 or firstname.lastname@example.org and courier the outfit back to us through a reliable courier service. Following this we would re- alter the garment as per your specifications.Once an outfit has been altered/customized, it cannot be refunded or exchanged. Additional courier charges may be applicable on alteration orders.
- Can I place an order for an item that is out of stock?

- Are the colors shown on the website accurate to the garments?
We strive to try and display the colors of the garment as accurate as possible on our website. However, we cannot give you a 100% guarantee that the colors of the garment will match the colors viewed on an electronic device. All electronic devices such as laptops, P. C’s, tablets and different makes of mobiles have different screen resolutions and hence have different color output when viewed. Also, please note that slight variations in color may occur during photoshoot.
- How do I wash / take care of my AARA product?
Since all our products are handcrafted individually, there may be slight variations in terms of textures
Due to the ethnic nature of the garment, All AARA products need to be dry cleaned always.

- Do you Offer Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.) ?
Sorry, we do not offer Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.). We accept payments through Debit/Credit cards, Net banking, PayPal, Google Pay, UPI etc.
- What are your Shipping charges?
We do free shipping all over India. Shipping Charges for overseas customers is 15 percent on order value. An estimated shipping charge will be reflected on the website while checkout.
Re-shipping charges may apply in some cases.
- Will I have to pay Duties or Taxes?
All product prices for customers in India are inclusive of all taxes and duties. For customers overseas, Taxes and Duties depend on your Shipping Destination. GST, VAT, Custom Duties, Local Sales Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be levied as per rules and regulations set forth by your government abroad.

Yes, you can cancel your Purchase/Order within 7 days of purchase, if it has not been already shipped. Orders cancelled within 24 hours from placing the order are eligible for a full refund. It may take 2-3 working days for the refund amount to get credited to the customers bank account. Orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a store credit valid upto 90 days for future purchase. Shipments within India usually take 7-10 days, whereas international shipments take between 2-4 weeks in transit.
In any case, the value of store credit will not exceed the actual amount paid by you to us.
Please note that the store credit will be in the same currency as in the respective transaction.
- What is the Validity of my Store Credit?
The validity of your Store credit is 180 days from it being reflected in your “my account” dashboard.
- When will I get my Refund / Store Credit?
We usually give a store credit valid for 90 days against a returned order. This reflects in the account dashboard within 2-3 working days after we have received back our product and have acknowledged it to you on email.

Shipping and Delivery
- Where does AARA COUTURE deliver?
We deliver to any part within India at no additional cost.
All shipments made to any destination outside India requires a complete address with pin code / zip code. Charges for overseas shipping is 15 percent on purchase order.
Please note that residential shipments to the USA & some other countries will be left at the door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the doorbell.
- How long does it take for my Order to reach me?
Against each product on the website, an approximate time for shipment has been provided; which is merely indicative. Products may be shipped either earlier or later depending on availability of product and other factors.
Shipping of products in stock within India may take up to 7-10 working days depending on the location. Make to order / customised products may take upto 30-50 days to be dispatched.Please make sure you have allowed adequate time before your actual dress wearing date. We cannot be held responsible for the delivery time by the shipping company.
- How to track the Order once shipped?
We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier company’s website details along with expected date of delivery. You may also check the same under ‘track my order’ or by logging in to the ‘My Account’ dashboard on our site.
Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
- When are the deliveries made?
Deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country.
Please note that there is no shipment made from AARA COUTURE on Sundays and Public holidays as our logistics partner do not make any pick-ups on those days.
- Delivery was Attempted but I was Unavailable, What Next?
Do not worry, our courier service will try to re-attempt to deliver in the next 3 days. In case the parcel is still not delivered you can Call/WhatsApp us on +91 9833779669 or email us on email@example.com so that we can submit your delivery request to the courier company.
- The Order Status is ‘Delivered’ but not received. What should I do?
Check with your neighbor/front desk, etc. if someone has accepted the package on your behalf. Try to contact the courier service, to cross check if someone has signed the package. If no one has accepted delivery, email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or Call/WhatsApp us on +91 9833779669.
Once you get the tracking details of the shipping we request you to intimate us if the product doesn’t get delivered within 10-15 days of the dispatch, so that we can co-ordinate with our logistics partner.If there is no update as regards this, from your side, we will consider the order has been delivered, hence you cannot apply for Refund.
- What should I do if my Order has still not arrived?
We’re here to help. Before getting in contact with us, please try the following: –
- Signing into ‘My Account’ to check that we have the correct delivery address for your order and your contact details are up to date. (if applicable)
- Check if you have received a text message, email or attempted delivery slip from one of our couriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local post office or delivery depot, or you may need to arrange redelivery.

- What if there is a delay in Shipping?
The “availability” as mentioned on our website against each item is an approximate count of days it would take to dispatch the order from our warehouse.
If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is “unavailable due to limited availability of stock” or if there is an unusual delay in fulfilling an order at our end, we will notify you by Call / WhatsApp/ Email. In some cases, we would offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order in case of our inability to execute the order within a reasonable period of time.At times, due to situations beyond our control during shipment / in transit, delays may occur. Refund, Returns & Exchange would not be entertained in case of such scenarios. However, benefits such as store credit would be provided on a case-to-case basis. These can be used for future shopping on the site within 90 days.
- Can I request for a change in Address?
Changes in Delivery/Shipment Address may be accommodated within 48 hours of placing the order provided the parcel has not been dispatched from our end. - What are the risks in Transit?
We ship all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If the courier company fails to deliver; you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. But AARA COUTURE will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at the customer’s address by postal / courier agency.
- What is the packing material used?
All products are first packed in recycled paper then put in recycled card boxes. All orders are shipped by first class surface/air courier services.
- Are there any International Shipping Restrictions?
Our effort has always been to bring Indian fashion to every corner of the world. In rare cases, it may happen that due to reasons beyond our control, it may not be possible to deliver. We apologize in advance for any such shipping restrictions created or observed in the future.
